How can I reach you? 

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30h to 17.00h and Friday from 8.30h to 12.30h. You can reach us via WhatsApp, live chat, email and by phone. In urgent situations, our repair line is available 24/7! Take a look at this page to find our contact details. 

How do you communicate with tenants? 

With tenants, we communicate in various ways. We usually inform tenants about this by e-mail as soon as possible. In any case, we use email a lot; e.g. invitations for hospitality evenings/viewings, announcements for maintenance projects, etc. On My SSH you can find relevant information about the building in which you live or will live.

Can I unsubscribe from your emails?

Unfortunately, you cannot unsubscribe from the mailings that you receive from us as a (former) tenant. We try to make emails as relevant as possible. The Dutch Tax Authorities obliges us to keep data from former tenants for up to seven years after the last rental period. Have you not been a tenant for more than seven years? We will then immediately remove your e-mail address from our system.

You can file a complaint if you are not satisfied with your accommodation, the rent price or our service. Read more about this.
