We have two types of rental offer: Long Stay and Short Stay. Let's have a look at the differences:

| Age limit regarding registration | Minimum 16 years, maximum 27 years. PhD students in Groningen and Tilburg can register up to 32 years. | No minimum or maximum age to register. In some instances, your (educational) institution has set up an age restriction. |

Please note that you cannot use a Short Stay registration for Long Stay housing and vice versa.
