This page is only for tenants of the Opaal, Hatta, Erasmus International House, Baobab, Alexander Numankade 1, Predikherenstraat 19A (Utrecht), Upsilon, Winschoterdiep, Plutolaan, Libertas and Proxima (Groningen). 

Your accommodation is equipped with wifi via eduroam or publicroam. You should only use publicroam if you cannot use eduroam, because of limitations.

Where do I find the WiFi password?

To ensure you're connected to the WiFi, you need to log in with your Eduroam credentials, provided by your educational institution.

I have graduated/will graduate. How can I use the WiFi?

After graduation, you can continue using your Eduroam account for up to three months. Your account should still be active if you recently arrived and graduated less than three months ago. After this period, your account will be deactivated.

If your WiFi connection has suddenly stopped working, check whether you are still using your old Eduroam account. If that is the case, you will need to request a new Eduroam account from your current educational institution to regain access. Have you graduated? Then you can make your own publicroam account on https://publicroam.nl/en and connect to Publicroam.

I have an other problem with the WiFi
