You have an SSH router that is connected to the Utrecht University network.

I cannot connect to the Internet. What should I do?

The bottom of the routers usually has the SSID and login and password for WiFi. This allows the WiFi connection to be established. The router must be connected with the WAN port to the outlet, the connection point for internet on the wall. The router also has the option of doing a factory reset via a reset button on the back, which you can use with a skewer, until all the lights have turned on and off once.
